Appearance:  
The Robes appear to be finely made and have numerous symbols sewn into the fabric through out the robe. When spells are used from the robe the symbols glow a bright white as the magic is used.
History:  

No one is really sure what the true history of the robes is. Malray, an Elven Wizard from Mirtyral was the first seen wearing them. He holds claim that they are his creation but others believe otherwise. The use of the robes was insturmental during the Great War.

When used, the wearer of the robe is envolped in jump electrical charges before it is all sent out in one bolt at a creature up to 20 feet from the caster. The bolt may be forked if two creatures are within 5 feet of each other. The bolt does 8D8 + 2/level worth of damge, taking only half with a successful Reflex save.

When cast a storm cloud is formed in the sky above the targets, all within the 20' radius cloud may be hit with one of the ten bolts from the cloud. Each bolt may hit a different target or however the caster wishes to split them. The bolts may also fork if two people are within five feet of each other. Each bolt does 10D8 points of damage.

When cast a horse of lightning appears and the caster must ride the horse in order to use the bolts. While riding the horse the caster may use four bolts of lightning at any target he wishes. Each bolt does 15D8 points of damage to the target with no save. The caster may use all four bolts on the same target or seperate targets. The bolts are 5' wide and extend 20' from the horse.

The horse can fly at the speed of 20' per round.
