The blade itself is the embodiment of Order and Evil. Just like its kin-swords, The Sword of Damnation was insturmental in the birth of the Universe and no being of the Universe may wield the blade. In fact, Lords of the Higher Worlds fear the blade due to its power to harm them. Like the other Sister swords the The Sword of Damnation only makes itself known when there is great power in the Universe.
