The City that Waits II
The Bridge ends at a dark opening within the sides of a tower constructed of steel. No symbols or glyphs mark the entrance to this tower. An unmistakably briny odor emanates from the dark portal.
I screamed aloud to the old man "Don't lie, don't say you don't know."
"I say you'll pay for this mischief-in this world or the next"
The he fixed me with a freezing glanze and the hellfires raged in his eyes.
He said "Do you want to know the truth son? I'll tell you the truth! Your soul's gonna burn in the Lake of Fire!"
I left alone
My mind was blank
I needed time to get the memories from my mind
What I saw in my dreams were just the reflections
Of my warped mind looking back at me
In my dreams, it's always there
The evil face that twists my mind
and leads me to despair
