Your character is a member of a street gang. He should have a certain moral ambivalence that allows him to deal with it. The Wizards are primarily a protection/enforcement gang. They maintain a relatively safe area so that local businesses can succeed. They are not usually directly involved in criminal activities other than collecting a cut and dealing with interlopers into their territory
There are a few other variations from the standard Shadowrun rules:
- There is no magic and there are no metahumans or other paranormal types.
- Unless special dispensation is received, Cash/Resources may not go above B, so no one can start with more than 400 K
- All equipment must have a street index of two or lower.
- One of the players is the leader of the gang and gets 5 karma for his trouble.
We'll be using second-edition rules.
