Rex HAS 3 sets, he's not WEARING 3 sets...pairs would probably me a more appropriate term.

Ok here's my feelings on Tom's game in general:
It is full of contradictions. We are supposedly some of the more powerful persona in the world--not. In the last few sessions we have encountered at least three spell casters who could cast 9th level spells.....let alone the rest of the monsters/armies/guild masters etc.
We spend way too much time for way too little useful information...it s like chasing our tails, exhausting with little reward. Dave's right that we spent the last 3 adventures trying to track down who hired the "impersonators"...we spent 500,000 gp, did countless things only to be led on an intercontinental goose chase...It seems like no matter what we do, how hard we plan we never actually succeed at a goal. Yes we make some small ones here and there...but not enough. The NPCs/Gods are always one step ahead...we should be powerful enough that most of the people in the rest of the world/country certainly wouldn't want to challenge us...
I for one favor a new plan..every NPC we encounter has one chance...the blow it--they die. If it screws over some well thought out plot too bad....they will either die or my character will...its not evil, its not good...its just practical. They are either into saving the world for the common man or not.
Rex for one is tired of playing someone else's games. The world(including half dead original Rheagar, various pretend rulers, generals, guild leaders etc) will bow to the High Council of the Unseen Kingdom...either we are very powerful or we are gonna die trying to prove it.
I am tired of trying to figure out all the plots and subplots. There's nothing wrong with uncovering a mystery, even having set backs from time to time, but week after week of go here, oops, go there, nope that's not it, wait follow this map, get the lochnar, take lochnar trade it for a this, see this guy, see that guy, go there, three sisters, black goo, go north, teleport shield, library, snow demons, western country, tower tower everywhere, eastern country, ....

DruidZilla...
BTW--Mike is your cell phone number a secret or something...since it doesn't do caller id..the privacy manager blocks it and its a pain. You can email the number to me if you are concerned that way I can call you back if I mangle it up again...

Yeah, I forgot about that one.

some people are like slinkies, totally useless but it fun to watch them tumble down the stairs.

I didn't say she gave me a list. I said that was one of the quotes.

On Jan 7, 2005 at 02:11 pm Dave said :
And you forgot..."Mike called..but I hung up on him"
Not bad..5/6...we knew Kristie was giving you a list...

On Jan 7, 2005 at 12:06 pm Steve said :
I wasn't there, but I'll take a stab at some...
Damn! How late is Tom going to be?

Maybe Alex could finish his adventure...
Last time in the world of Motyar we...
So why isn't Steve coming? Did Kristie give him a list or what?

No, it's standard crit mod for a l. sword. the only difference is the damage die is a d12

On Dec 8, 2004 at 04:42 pm joe said :
It looks like any nobel is "your grace", while only the king is "your majasty"
I thought the sword x2 was the critical multiplier and the armor x3 was the number of uses or version of displacement.
I only want one suit of armor.

On Dec 8, 2004 at 04:08 pm Tom said :
Yeah, I thought about that after I made the post. Generally in the game Your Grace, My Grace, His Grace are saved only for Kings. That way there is no confusion you are refering to a King.
