Summary

Valric Bloodaxe and the Pyramid of Twisted Metal.

Seeking to help develop the waste lands, Price Valric and his stoic men accompanied the humble merchant Fergus and his miscellaneous sots to explore the cursed ruins of another of the Empress's secret tocher pits and gather up some of her seized goods to return to the people.

Along the way he slew a band of savage gigantic insects, the formic beast fell before his blade only for their own prince, a great verminic terror the size of an entire hill.

His fellow leaped in to fight by his side until he was able to split the demons head in twain.

Then he found the magically concealed pyramid hidden away in the haunted hill, it's greasy dark stone menacing the landscape.

With was a great horde of good selfishly gather and hidden by the psycho bitch the empress. Vast horde of arm and armor along with foods and other luxuries.

Then, the automaton. Walking suit of armor filled with the vile gears and mechanisms out to the slay the living. While all struck at them only to see their weapon barely scratch the mechanical horrors. The Prince was able to cut them in twain with two swings of his might sword, Skullspliter.

As the last of them fell, three more attacked form the reach, falling with savagery on Valric's archers from behind, inflicting viscous wounds until the Prince was able to throw his own body in the way to take the blow meant for his followers.

Without caution Valric pushed on to find any other threats, only to instead find great riches that Goodman Fergus pressed the Prince to take for himself, but Valric took only a humble spear for himself so that he may attack that which he can not run to quickly and shared the rest with his own men as well as the stoutest of Fergus's hired blades.

Leaving the vile hole of the Empress behind for further gathering of the remaining good, Valric led the way to a town full of eager people in need of the supplies Fergus had sought, under the protection of…

Valric Bloodaxe. Warrior Prince. The last, great hope.
