Character Creation

New dudes start with 15 charater points (spent first), 20 Xps and 2 points of grit, as well at a disadvantage of thier choice from the legend of the wierd west table ( or something simular)

Players have the option of running multiple charaters ( just not at the same time) with new guys starting out weaker ( as in no automatic legend of the wierd west, and/or less Xps) or just as strong.

You could even decide to play someone else's sidekick ( cool, RigaMortis man (cobb ) and deadboy the corpse wonder.) or army guys under Maj stew's command.

Combat

You can only spend one chip on a wound unless its fatal; even then you have to start with your highest chips
For Fightin' roles, the target is modified by the difference in the skill ratin' rather than just a straight add (so a fightin' 4 vs. a fightin' 2 needs a 5, not a 7 to hit. The fightin' two guy would need a 7, not a 9).
You can't spend chips to buy more damage dice
We mostly ignore vigor checks
