Maximus is said the be the creator of not only the Gods, but the Universe itself. He rarely concerns himself with the day to day affiars of the mortal world. He grants his followers no power, however due to his power being so great, priests of Maximus can learn spells levels as high as their Wisdom bonus allows them to.
