Characters

A brief description of the characters and their motives (as described by the players):

Micheal Barlow - JOe HelLar
A mountain of a man, a solid wall of muscle who moves with slow poderous steps and a constant roveing glare of too bright blue eyes that examine each face he sees looking for the one he hunts. His right arm is a thing of articulated plates made to resemble a arm of flesh and steaming oily clockwork mechnisms that turn and click with each slow movement swing of his arm and the constant twiching movement of his hand, as if the arm has some immediate urge to act on its own. Broad bands of steel cross his chest, with bolts securing them directlly to the bones, scars from jagged metal and fire creep out rootlike from the metal shrouded shoulder and spread out to engulf one side of his face and chest like withered clawed hands. He is shirtless since no cloth could survive contact with moveing metal and his otherwise fair skin is burned from the sun. He wears a broad belt anointed with loops to hold the tools needed for the functioning of his arm, and a large nickle plated gattling pistol shines from his left hip. His mother took refuge from a winter storm at the gathering house of group of quakers, his large size and lose of blood killed the woman before any could learn he name. The Barlows raised Micheal up in thier beliefs, and dispite the cold temper that seemed his birthright, Micheal took thier beliefs into his heart. When the war come to his home Micheal tried to get his family to move to safty, but they refused to abandon thier home beliveing that god would perserve them, and they whent right on beliveing that untill the artilery shell brushed their lives, their home and Micheal's right arm off the face of the earth. Micheal when a bit off after that, his faith was gone and his restrant, he took to drinking and brawling untill years later he ended up fighting in the pits in Deseret. Then a man came to him and told him that thier was someone to blame for his loss and pain, because the devil himself had been unleased on the world, that a man pure of heart could kill him, and that a heart full of pure hate was just as pure as any other. Barlow now searches for the devil, he don't give a dam about doing good, just working his way though the servents of his enemy, and Halinger is more then happy to point them out for him.

Julian "Jewels" Perrot - Joe Hall
Was in the army... not no more. I was on special assignment, killin' injuns. They was botherin' some settlers and we took care of it. After though, the army didn't want nothin to do with us! Guess we took care of the problem a little too thouroughly... although a couple got away... I suppose that they might wanna look me up some day. I was lucky though, 'cause instead of gettin' courtmartialed and hung, this guy who I guess sold guns to the army decided to pull some strings and the next thing I know I'm being honorably discharged. Well I sure am thankful to this Mr. Halinger for doin' me this favor.
I'm a pretty mean lookin' hombre, ever since that damn injun got me with that spear in the face folks say I ain't so pretty... what with the scar from my nose back to past the bottom of my ear. I still got my army pants, Henry rifle, Remington army revolver, and this short drover's jacket keeps the rain off. ...this nice tomohawk I took off of a redskin which comes in handy... I kin' ride and track an injun back to his dirty cave.
