New heroes on the scene the Away Team again protected the museum. Thus far, no one knows why Viper has such interest in the Mask, but they definitely seem to be after it. Yet another team of Viper baddies was dispatched to retrieve the Mask and quickly went down at the hands of the Away Team.
Following the arrest, the members of the Away Team were involved in a secondary scuffle at the PCC. Viper agents arrived but were killed when their experimental craft apparently suffered a malfunction and exploded.
Police and fire officials were later called to the scene of a local restaurant which had apparently served as a front for Viper activities. The Nest was destroyed by a self-destruct mechanism and filled with contaminated sewer water to hamper further investigations.

- Strange being from another world? Powerful mutant? Esteemed Sorceror from magic-rich lands? Nope. The latest hero in the Motor City appears to be "The Janitor". Reports indicate that he has foiled the theft of the mask three times and has even uncovered and destroyed a Viper base. In the opinion of this paper, if the Away Team isn't careful, he may be designated as the Home Team.
