- Bornon Dibayou - joe
- A big beefy blond kid raised by his grandparents, Billot and Prudence, with Billot being a famed carpenter whose hand carved decorative work sell well back east. Spent a lot of time listening to the stories of the elder dwarf in their band late into the night. Fancies himself a bit of a minstrel despite his lack of a singing voice but is petty handy with a banjolele and other stringed instruments. Hunts to pick some extra coin.
- Arric - Steve
- Arric is a disciple of Dalenyrda. He wears purple and red and is a skilled healer. He doesnn't believe in violence as a solution to problems and carries mo weapons while wearing no armor.
- Ropp Flamecoin - Lou
- Ropp is a halfling acquisition specialist. He is motivated mostly by the chance to grab treasure. The only thing more important to him than wealth is the chance to earn more another day.
- Dragan - Keith
- A masterful hunter with a wolf friend.
- Alon - Tim
- He's half-merman and all badass with an unrivaled mastery of water.
- Hern - Keith
- Hern is a wolf who adventures with Dragan as his animal companion.
- War Wandering - Jimmy
- War is a dwarf who delights in being nigh invulnerable due to his heavy armor and combat prowess.
- BAMF - Jim
- BAMF is a bloodrager who has the blood of dragons flowing through his veins.
