fire department, sewage works, building inspectors, prison management.
Ministry of Odds and Ends.
managing delves, setting odds, auctioning off estates. A 1 year limited reward post.
Ministry of Public Trust.
Privete guard units sponcered by each guild, High minister, and anyone else wishing to pay to possess a personal body of armed uniformed thugs. Patroling guardsmen looking for petty crimes and fires.
Also serve as posted guards at sponcers properties.
Ministry of Public Transport.
Responcible for supressing all planer travel within the city without proir authorization, and maintaing customs at the teleportation field on the border of Zarquin.
Ministry of Public Territories.
Hired thug responcible for collecting taxes and killing bandits outside of Zarquin, often simply hired bandit gangs and give them their own territories.
In addition to the above their are several lesser ministries that have long since been absorbed by the above, althought lesser ministeries have seperated themselves in the past.
High Counciel.
The high level wizards that rule the city, they all possess the title of high minister with the exception of the elected Speaker of the counciel, who serves as chairman and deals with the lesser ministries.
