Campaign Background
- Setting: Bayside City
- A sort of San Angelo city, big, developed, and about halfway between San Francisco and Los Angelos. Originally a settlement of farmers near the boomtown of Soddem, it later developed into a port and a major city.
Flavor: - Think the Tick and the original Batman series. The villains are a mix of melodramatic masterminds, comical guys in theme costumes and the truly wacko.
