Pizza it is. Right now we're at Joe, Keith, Tim and me as confirmed with Mick and Mike both as maybes.

We could do a simple rpg or we could pull out some sort of boardgame. I do have the pathfinder game but I haven't read the rules yet.

I'll go with whatever Joe decides since no one else will likely come by with a suggestion.

Anyone have a game suggestion? I'm thinking maybe Fiasco of some sort...

I have to learn rules every week. More importantly, I think the structure would be like at the end of each session we decide what happens next session. So if we played Champions this week we could choose to keep playing it or opt to play Superbabes next time, which is next on the shelf.

I'm guessing eventually we'd decide to try Superbabes. Once we played Superbabes, we'd vote at the end of the night whether to go for another superbabes next time I ran or look to the next game. The next game on the shelf is Deadlands, so we could either move on to Deadlands or choose to skip it in favor of AD&D 1st Ed. We could also skip that since we've played before and try Polaris. We couldn't skip Polaris since we've never tried it.

So we could play many sessions of something if we decided we like it.

So this would be in place of the existing campaigns? Not sure I'm eager to deal with character creation every weak with a new system each time.

then I'd have to make a list and find the book when it came up. This way we just look at the shelf. So next week it would be Champions 5 (which could be a pass or we play my current campaign). If we passed, we'd have to play superbabes.

Once we played Superbabes at least once, we could move on to Deadlands, AD&D 1st (both passable since we've played before) or Call of Cthulhu (not passable).

Should be a random table

So I was thinking about the shelves last night. I'm thinking about starting in the top left corner of my shelves (where the Champions 5 is) and going top-down, then left to right. I want to play every game. If we've played it before (like Deadlands or AD&D 1E) we can choose to pass; if we haven't we have to play. We'll decide each week which one it is the week before so I can get ready.

Anybody interested in trying this?
