either the Druid or the Dryad I could see also betraying us in some way since they both are defending the woodland which i suspect the tribe is kinda stripping of wildlife while the humans are destroying the trees.
With the party gone from the tribe all the time or alot of the time I can see a NPC wanting to be chief. I could even see reason for some of the PC characters left back at camp all the time to want a change in leadership.
As for PC betrayal, I think many or all of the players would be willing to betray a member or the entire party if the the incentive was right. After all we are goblins.

so far the goblins have been raiding to scare the humans and weaken them somewhat. however according to the race guide, goblins are voracious eaters and maybe the camp runs low of food causing us to raid for food including humans or gnomes both of which are considered delicacies.
They are also weak and prone to being enslaved Maybe while we are on an extended away mission some ogres or something enslave the rest of our camp. Or with us gone one of the other goblin factions in the camp pays a monster with our treasure to become the camps protector.

So things have gone reasonably well for the goblins so far. In fact, I've had some complaints they've gone too well. Is everyone ready for things to get a little rougher?
Tougher opponents, maybe some betrayal, that sort of thing?
What would you consider me going too far?
