I don't want Rodrick around the tools or dust, or chemicals. That on top of school.... I could do it, but not quickly. It'll be less headache to pay someone who knows what they're doing at this point.

When I did our kitchen the sander reached to withing a half inch to an inch of the wall and where i had trubvle was the corners and I used my hand sander there. You can borrow anything of mine you might need, not sure what sand papers i have but I can get more paperand if ya need a hand I can come help just let me know when now that I am home again.

On Aug 23, 2013 at 08:57 pm Steve said :- Probably the boards are cupped. It doesn't take much cupping to make sanding impossible. We had floor like that to deal with one time at camp and the solution turned out to be playground sand.
We threw some on the floor and when the floor sander went over those sections, it got them clean as a whistle. It was an accidental discovery but a pretty good one.
