The group demonstrated all the decision-making skills of Imelda Marcos at Payless, so Kormac used a spell to have the gods help us choose. Each of us got a question and even deciding the questions was almost more than we could bear. In the end we decided the gods were telling us to go to Dariad first, then to the Wien and then, someday, to deal with the hag.
With that settled we debated Ember's fate. We thought about killing her, we thought about taking her somewhere to be prisoner. In the end we took her somewhere, made her a prisoner then killed her. Somehow our lack of decision still became a choice.
We next headed north to Sheep Dip where we hoped to find supplies, information, and allies for our assault on Dariad. Along the way we were attacked by three Sleet Snakes. The imperials and their crazed guns finally came in handy and after a brief but bloody battle all three of the snakes were destroyed. When they died, they exploded. The Kordan said that wasn't normal.
We continued to Sheep Dip where we got some supplies and one ally for our journey north, a former Barrowmaster who had escaped. We're hoping he can get us in relatively undetected, but only time will tell.
