Really the only advantage I've found for a tablet is it fits in a pocket, and it's a lot easier to read in bed. If you don't need it for that, stick with a laptop.
Might be different if you want to play the games or have seen some apps you want to able to use.

Not sure whats up for me this Monday tied up all day tomorrow with church funeral visitation and then filling out 6 weeks of back paperwork for unenployment cuz they made a mistake. Then Moday is standing in line at Unemployment to submit the paperwork and the actual funeral service. I will be done by evening I just lack time to prepare anything.
