So, I and a few others who were contract labor were laid off. They said they would rather have us back than someone else since want us back since they had trained us to do the machine design and drafting stuff. But they were unsure how long it would be until they had enough work to warrant bringing us back. So I already sent out some resumes and will be sending more. I contacted and updated my resume with the contract agency and registered for work and applied for unemployment.
